Our 3-wick candles typically provide a burn time of 35 to 50 hours, while our large jars can last up to 150 hours depending on maintenance and environment.
What is the best way to prevent my candle from tunneling?
To prevent tunneling, ensure the wax melts all the way to the edge of the glass during every burn, particularly the first one. This usually takes 2-4 hours.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item to receive a replacement or full refund.
