At Goose Creek Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused candles and home fragrance products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
